You must contact us before sending your irons in if you require a replacement plate, we have to check the availability of the plate required.

We will need to know the model of irons and the colour of the plates fitted.

If we have the required ceramic plate you will then need to purchase the Repair Service HERE and additionally, this item, the ceramic plate replacement fee.
