Business as usual over Christmas

The Christmas break will soon be upon us, but don't worry if you need our products or services - we will be operating as normal throughout the Christmas period. So we'll be dispatching orders and carrying out repairs. Although we might take a quick break from the workshop for some Christmas dinner :-)

If you have asked us to replace a badly scratched ceramic plate as part of a repair, we'll ask you to purchase this item to cover the cost of the replacement plate.

You must contact us before sending your irons in if you require a replacement plate, we have to check the availability of the plate required.

We will need to know the model of irons and the colour of the plates fitted.

Purchase this ONLY if you have been asked by us to do so as part of our repair service!

If we have the required ceramic plate you will then need to purchase the Repair Service HERE and additionally, this item, the ceramic plate replacement fee.
