Order Mistakes and Corrections

I made a mistake whilst ordering, can it be corrected?

Whilst the majority of orders are placed correctly by customers, sometimes a mistake is made whilst entering your details.

For example entering the wrong email address, telephone number or address/postcode.

Occasionally customers manage to add more than one repair service to their cart and don't notice until they have completed checkout and then realise they paid for two repairs instead of one. Some years ago, a customer checked out with 5 repair services in their cart rather than one!

Yes, we can correct any mistakes that may be made during checkout.

Please email us, use the contact Us form, Whatsapp me or simply telephone me.

  • Please make sure you email us using the email address you used or meant to use on your order.
  • Please telephone us using the phone you gave us the number to or meant to give us the number to on your order.

Any over payment will be refunded immediately and your order corrected.

Any mistakes with your name, invoice address, shipping address, email address or phone number will be corrected immediately.

A fresh email will then be sent to you with the details you asked us to change corrected.

Common mistakes and likely causes

Here are some of the things we see go wrong with orders placed...

  • Wrong name - customer typo
  • Wrong invoice address - customer typo or sometimes your computers autofill enters incorrect data.
  • Wrong shipping address - customer typo or sometimes your computers autofill enters incorrect data.
  • Paid for two repairs instead of one - you had a repair in your basket but then left our website and, perhaps, came back later and added another repair to your basket.
  • You didn't receive the email confirmation of your order - you entered an incorrect email address. And check your SPAM folder.

Please note, during checkout you will be asked to enter an Invoice address, this will usually be your home address and should match the address your chosen payment method has registered for you.

Some customers may be paying for a repair for someone who is at another address, for example a daughter at Uni. This is absolutely fine and you will be given the chance to enter a Shipping address during checkout.

However, that is then the address our shipping automation system will use and it is the address that must be used to comply with Paypal and Stripe's rules on shipping and fraud.

Please, do not add changes to your shipping address on pieces of paper inside your wrapped up repair (contact us as above instead) as this will most likely not be seen, or I will assume it is just a note with your address on it as per your order.

We will not be responsible or liable if you enter an incorrect shipping address.

To change your Shipping address you must inform us as soon as possible via email/telephone/WhatsApp to avoid your repair being sent back to the wrong address.

Once an item has shipped, it can not be intercepted or redirected!

If you have any concerns, just get in touch with us and Trevor will get back to you!
