Sent my GHD straightners by 2nd class signed delivery on a Friday. Had an email on Monday to say they were fixed. Received them back on Tuesday. Brilliant service. Email explains the repair. Really pleased. Saved me money by not having to buy a new pair of straighteners. Thank you! Highly recommend. |

Thank you so much for your brilliant service! I sent my straighteners on a Friday afternoon and received an email at 10am the next day to say they had been repaired and I received them back on the Tuesday. That's what I call service. You have saved me £200 by being able to fix these instead of having to purchase new ones. I highly recommend! |

Amazing service from start to finish! posted my straighteners Friday lunchtime, Saturday lunchtime received an email documenting what the problem was with my irons and what he had done to fix them. Posted the next working days which was Monday, received Tuesday morning in all working order! You have saved me £100’s thank you very much! 100% recommend to anyone. |

Thank you for an impressive job on my GHD straighteners that I was so close to throwing away. I am so pleased I found this repair option. I sent my straighteners off on Wednesday (after following the very useful video on how to pack them correctly), I received an email on Thursday with details of the repairs that had been done, and they were back with me on Friday.
