Fantastic service. I highly recommend. I was going to buy a brand new pair of ghd's as mine were deteriorating, after 10 years. Luckily I came across this website, I was a bit skeptical about sending my straighteners off for repair, I still toyed with the idea of still buying new ones but I'm so glad I didn't. I emailed them about my issues and they advised me what I would need to do and the process was nice and simple. My limited edition straighteners are now fixed and as good as new, all for under £35 (repair services and postage charges) instead of £150 for a new pair. So happy I have them fully working. I sent them off on Saturday and received them back on Tuesday, I paid extra for special delivery (which you don't have to do but I did) and I'm glad they offer this option. 100% recommend this company. If I ever encounter another problem in the future, I would definitely use this service again. Thank you so much to the guys. A very happy customer.

Brilliant service. I posted my ghd straightners on Thursday afternoon and received them back on Saturday afternoon. The cable had been replaced, cable socket greased and PAT tested, they were just like new. Very pleased.

Absolutely over the moon my straighteners were repaired and back to me so quickly. I posted them Tuesday and they were back by Thursday! They looked new again. Would highly recommended thankyou. Saved me a fortune not having to buy new ones!
