I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for the fantastic service i have recieved. I have recieved the straightners today and they are working better than they did before they broke. I just wanted to thank you so much for all your help in fixing my ghds. After having them for 9 years I debated for a week whether to try and repair them or whether to splash out on a new pair but I'm so glad I contacted you as from the first email contact your service has been excellent. From prompt replies to emails, to regular updates on their status and most of all for doing it so quickly! I only posted them to you on Tuesday lunchtime and when I returned from work today (Thursday) there they were and almost as good as new. My only regret is I didn't send them sooner!

I live abroad, and on a flying visit to the UK my GHD's were repaired and returned very quickly. My emails were also responded to very quickly. Great service and a great price. I can highly recommend!

I just wanted to let you know that I have received my GHD's. I am thrilled with your service and have to say that I haven't been this impressed with customer service in a long long time. Within less than 24hours of me posting them I received an email to say they were fixed! Incredible! I'm not on Facebook or anything but I will be sure to pass on your service to everyone I know with GHD's. You're a life saver because without straighteners my hair is so wide it won't fit through the door.
