Fantastic service - I use my GHD's daily and they are now 10 years old. One day they just stopped heating up. I looked at buying new ones for £200 but read reviews that said the new ones aren't as good as old GHD's so looked into getting them repaired. I bought the GHD repair, sent my GHD's off on a Monday and they were fixed and returned to me by Thursday morning. They are working perfectly, like brand new and cost me less than £40 with postage included! Highly recommend!

Having had my original ghd’s for 20 odd years, they just stopped working and would cost a fortune to replace, but found this service on line, and wow can’t believe they fixed them and was all done and returned in 5 days, amazing definitely recommend

After calling and then following your video I was able to send them off securely. They were repaired and returned within a few days, all with communication emails keeping me informed. I'm delighted to have saved my straighteners and the expense of new ones!
