Despatched, repaired and returned in just a few days - brilliant service! Most people I've spoken to since have said that they'd just bought new GHDs when their's broke - they didn't realise that they could be repaired for such a reasonable price.

I needed my GHDs repairing in the space of a few days for a wedding as they stopped working. My parcel was received by them on Monday and repaired on the SAME day and they sent it back to me on the same day first class and I received the parcel on Tuesday (i did request an urgent repair). I would definitely recommend this service to anyone! My straighteners are working again!
