Hello there. Just a quick review after sending my straighteners to you. Sent late Wednesday afternoon, first class recorded delivery (signed for) was about £4. I was somewhat surprised to receive an email from GHD Repair on Thursday afternoon saying the straighteners had been repaired and were on their way back. The work carried out was detailed and included new flex, a switch two heater elements and a few other bits. Friday morning and they were back with me. Were they fixed, well that's a great big YES, and they are working so much better. So, thank you very much, excellent service all round, you guys are the best, and I strongly recommend that if you are thinking of binning your straighteners and buying a new pair, don't. Give these guys a go, you will be very pleasantly surprised. Ten out of ten guys, give yourselves a pat on the back.. Absolutely faultless from beginning to end.

Great service with a great price. Well worth the money as saved me having to buy a new set of straighteners. Posted them on a Wednesday and they were back by Friday, very impressed!

I wish I'd known about this company when my previous 2 pairs of GHDs stopped working. I could have saved a fortune! My GHDs were sent, repaired and returned with in 3 days. I am one extremely happy lady with beautiful straight hair :) Thank you for your excellent service.
