Brilliant - was unsure as my wifes straightener was 12 years old and there are so many options around. Sent on Tuesday and recieved back Thursday with warranty seal and notes of work done. Working fine and a happy wife as well husband for not having to buy a new one!

My Husband posted my GHDs on Monday and they were received on the Tuesday, fully repaired and then posted back out on the Wednesday and I received them on the Thursday.
