I don’t usually write reviews but felt I really had to. What an excellent, genuine service. Sent the GHD in on Monday back on Thursday. Email communication at each stage. Wish there were mor companies that operated as professionally as this. Will definitely recommend- in fact have already started to spread the word. Ghds working perfectly now.

Excellent service. Sent off my straighteners and got them returned within 5 days. Working perfectly now. Informed me of the actual fault and fixed it. Couldn't ask for more.

I was devastated when my GHD’s suddenly stopped working. Went online and found these guys, so immediately booked in and packed them up. This was Friday pm and as I got to the Post Office found out that I’d just missed the post so it wouldn’t have gone off until late Friday, I then received an email Saturday afternoon informing me that they had got them and carried out the repairs with a report of exactly what had been done. Got them back on the Tuesday. Fantastic service! Thank you
