Great and efficient service, sent my ghd’s off broken on the Friday and they come back fixed on the Tuesday! so glad i come across this service, I 100% recommend ghd-repair!

Cannot recommend this service enough! When my GHDs stopped working I took them to a local repairer who had fixed them previously and was told the motherboard had broken and they were beyond economical repair. After emailing the site I received a response very quickly saying they should be easily fixable. I sent them on the Thursday and ghd-repair emailed me on the Friday not only telling me they were fixed but giving me a full report stating that they had had a terrible previous repair and were actually in a dangerous condition! I received them back as good as new on the Saturday! What a fantastic service!! And I definitely will not be going back to my local repairer! Don’t let a cowboy fix your precious GHDs, send them here and let the experts make them good as new! I would highly recommend!

I'm going to be honest, I thought this was super sketchy and I didn't expect to see my ghd's again, but how wrong I was! All the fantastic reviews true, I sent mine off Thursday and was straightening my hair again on Saturday! Unbelievable service, wish I'd known about GHD-Repair for the last 3 pairs of failed ghd's that were out of warranty, thank you so so much!

Amazing service! Sent off on a Tuesday mid-morning and got them back Friday the same week! Also an email message on Wednesday telling me what was wrong and what they would do etc. Delighted with my good-as-new GHDs. Will thoroughly recommend this company.
