amazing service !! My straighteners died on me and I was about to buy a new pair but didn’t want to fork out £150. Then someone told me they can be repaired. Sent them off on a Thursday and they were fixed by the Saturday and delivered back to me by the Tuesday!!! All back fully working! Couldn’t fault this company!

Absolutely brilliant service! My GHDs just stopped working one day and they were out of the warranty period. Found GHD-Repair online and thought it would be worth a try. Sent them on Tuesday, received an email on Wednesday to inform me they'd been fixed and then I received them back on Thursday! Fixed and working. So fab to have been able to get them fixed for a good price and to have received such a fast turnaround. Thank you so much!

Wow - Fantastic service! Totally recommend. I was about to throw out my well loved GHD's (they'd been on the side for a good few weeks waiting to go out with the recycling) when the other half said why don't you get them repaired... (didn't even know it was a thing)! Followed the very simple instructions and sent them off! They were back with me 3 days later (that includes 2nd class small parcel delivery and a return by 1st class post) replacement cable and a PCB and PAT tested!

If you have any doubts about this service then don't! Rest assured this is a fantastic service.

My partners GHD's would not power on. After reading what 'could' be wrong with them added to the fact that the cable would need replacing too. This would have probably cost around £15 for parts. Then I would have had to take them apart and hope I could fix it.
It simply wasn't worth the risk. For £25 (+ £4 recorded delivery postage to send them off) they are working brilliantly and have a 3 month warranty on the repair.

Posted Tuesday lunchtime, received an mail Wednesday to inform me what had been repaired. Got home from work Thursday and postie had left a card, package to be collected from Post Office. The entire fix was less than 48 hours.
Fantastic!

Don't delay, just get them fixed by Rushden Electronics!
If we ever have another failure,we'll be back.
