Amazing speedy service. I posted the straighteners on Tues, had an email Wed to say they were fixed and have them back Thursday, working again! All this during lockdown so I have to give credit to Royal Mail as well, but this is a great service at a reasonable price, and avoids us a)paying a fortune for new straighteners and b) sending more stuff to landfill.

Very impressed with this service, my ghds had been broken for a long time, they were out of warranty and I didn’t want to just get rid of them because they didn’t work. After googling different businesses I decided to go with GHD-Repair. Very efficient and helpful when emailing too. I sent them on a Tuesday and received confirmation that they had been fixed the next day, and they were returned to me Thursday the same week! Will recommend this service to family and friends in future.

Wow, true as they say. Sent on Tuesday, back on Thursday. Wife’s ss5 kept bleeping and replaced the two broken bits. Best service i have come across. Well done to the company.
