A word of caution!
Every element/thermistor values vary from element to element.
This difference is nulled out via software at the assembly stage of every pair in the factory.
Therefore any ceramic plate assembly you receive may not match the settings stored on the PCB, this means the operating temperature may be too low.
This can not be adjusted!
