What is the warranty on repairs you carry out?

All repairs come with a three month, Return to Us, warranty on labour and any parts fitted.

What does Return to Us mean? Any item that appears to have a fault during the warranty period must be returned to us for inspection and repair.

Accidental damage is not covered by our warranty.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs to us.

We will repair the fault free of charge and return the item to the customer.

If a different fault is found we can offer customers a discounted repair service up to 12 months after the initial repair.

After 12 months our normal repair fees would apply.
